When application is first made for entry, registration on the standard registration form is required, as is a Registration Fee of £25. Parents of children who are registered for possible entry are normally invited to make an initial visit before their child is assessed. It is not usual for a prospective pupil to be admitted to the school without prior assessment. Siblings are given priority on our Registration List, though they are also assessed. If after initial interview and assessment, a definite offer of a place is made by the school and is accepted by the parents. Acceptance, which should be made within ten working days of the place being offered, must be accompanied by a deposit of £600. £50 of this deposit will be retained as an Administration Fee and is non-returnable. The balance of £550 is retained as a deposit and is refunded to parents by cheque once any expenses have been deducted when a girl leaves at 7+ and a boy leaves at 13+. This sum is not returnable if a pupil leaves the school before that time. In the event of withdrawal after acceptance of a place, no part of the deposit will normally be refunded.
