Crocodile Laughter and Revolting Rhymes
The children of PP1 came up with their own "secret plans and clever tricks" to celebrate the fabulous author, Roald Dahl. They spent an amazing day participating in a range of fun activities based around the story ‘The Enormous Crocodile’.
They painted an enormous crocodile, made a small crocodile complete with snappy teeth, cut out and ordered his teeth from 0-10 and constructed the animal characters from 2D shapes. The fruits of their labour will be displayed in the school for all to enjoy!
PP2 were also celebrating Roald Dahl day - "the girls did smile and eyelids were flickering!"
Form Teacher, Miss Rajdev was very impressed; "We have been working on becoming more independent and following new routines. PP2 have enjoyed learning about Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes especially the one about the ‘Three Little Pigs.’ We then used some nursery rhymes to write our own poems and even got to show them to Prep School!
